Refund & Exchange Policy

At Verda Boutique, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Refunds or exchanges can be made only at the time of delivery, while the courier is still at your door. Once the courier leaves, no refund or exchange will be accepted. How It Works 1. Check your order upon delivery. 2. If you wish to return or exchange, inform the courier immediately: • Refund: Return the item on the spot. • Exchange: We will arrange the new item (subject to availability). Shipping Fees • For returns: Delivery fees for sending and returning the order will be charged. • For exchanges: Delivery fees for the return and new shipment will apply.
